566bit Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 566bit website at https://566bit.vip and all associated services, games, and betting products.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 566bit, subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or other financial activity conducted through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is illegal or restricted by applicable law.

To open and maintain a 566bit account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or operating as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 566bit, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a 566bit account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed through your own 566bit account settings or any third-party responsible gambling scheme.

566bit reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Accounts may be suspended pending verification. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may have their accounts closed and remaining balance returned via the original deposit method.

Registration on the Platform is limited to one account per individual, per household, and per device. The use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-per-person limits is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

566bit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of a transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per calendar day; these limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

Deposits are credited to a Player's account balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction under normal operating conditions. 566bit is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, mobile network operators, or banking partners.

Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 15 minutes. During peak periods or for accounts undergoing verification, processing times may be extended. 566bit will communicate any such extension to the Player via the registered contact details on the account.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 566bit does not apply a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals via local payment methods. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are outside 566bit's control.

Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Where 566bit is unable to verify that a withdrawal destination belongs to the account holder, the request will be declined and the Player will be asked to complete additional identity verification before resubmitting.

566bit may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 566bit promotional offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are separate from real-money deposits and subject to the wagering requirement prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Only one promotion may be active per Player at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 566bit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus already credited and actively wagered will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine gameplay — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

Seasonal and event-based promotions may be offered around periods such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. Eligibility criteria and deadlines for such promotions are set out in the individual offer documentation.

All casino games available on 566bit are supplied by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Each game is governed by that provider's individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game provider's rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

Sportsbook betting markets — including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the betting rules applicable to each market type. These rules are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.

All bets are final once confirmed. 566bit does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where a manifest error (see Section 8) applies. Bets placed on an event after that event has commenced may be voided at 566bit's discretion where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or betting market mid-session, 566bit will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. For live casino games, the game provider's internal resolution procedures will apply. For sportsbook markets, 566bit may void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion.

566bit is committed to responsible gaming and provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from the account dashboard. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. If a Player applies a deposit limit or self-exclusion, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed. Where a Player requests permanent self-exclusion, 566bit will close the account and return any balance to the Player's registered payment method after identity verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 566bit Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting any technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or betting market results.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that damages, disrupts, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

A "Manifest Error" means an obvious error or omission in the operation of the Platform, including but not limited to: incorrectly displayed odds, game rules presented in error, system malfunctions that result in outcomes inconsistent with the normal operation of a game or betting market, or any other clear and demonstrable mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as unintended.

566bit reserves the right to void any bet, transaction, or game result that is the product of a Manifest Error, regardless of whether it has been settled or the winnings paid. Where winnings arising from a Manifest Error have been credited to a Player's balance and subsequently withdrawn, 566bit may seek to recover the erroneously paid amount. Players who knowingly exploit a Manifest Error will be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions and their accounts may be closed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 566bit shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions, device failures, or any technical interruption outside 566bit's direct control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game providers or payment service partners, whose services are governed by their own terms of service.

Nothing in this clause limits 566bit's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 566bit's own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

The total aggregate liability of 566bit to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

566bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring 566bit to close the account.

Where an account is closed and the Player is not in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification.

A Player wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the 566bit support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closures are processed within 3 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned via the Player's last verified deposit method.

All content on the 566bit Platform — including but not limited to the 566bit brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, game thumbnails, graphical assets, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 566bit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 566bit.

566bit collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 566bit Platform, you should in the first instance contact the support team by email at [email protected], providing your registered username, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references or screenshots.

566bit aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full resolution within 7 business days. Complex disputes — particularly those involving payment discrepancies or game result investigations — may require additional time. 566bit will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may seek further recourse through applicable consumer protection channels available in Bangladesh. 566bit will cooperate fully with any legitimate regulatory inquiry.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 13, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.

566bit reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant — such as material alterations to withdrawal rules, bonus terms, or account closure procedures — we will endeavour to notify active Players via the registered email address or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, your remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 10 of this Agreement.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 566bit with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

566bit's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed by 566bit in writing.
